Snohomish spreads out in all directions from the downtown area.

The areas of Clearview, Cathcart, Echo Lake, Maltby (Monroe School District), Fobes Hill (Everett addresses but Snohomish School District), Lords Hill, Three Lakes, Machias Ridge and more offer a variety of properties with features such as ones with Cascade &/or Olympic Mountain views, lake frontage, equestrian acreage, privacy acreage and golf course frontage.

Some homes with Snohomish addresses are closer to downtown Monroe and are in the Monroe School District.
